Here are the 2 ways we can serve large amount of people in a short space of time.

Buffet style: For a quick tournaround, when speed is of essence. Pizzas are served on wooden boards, by the slice. We can easily serve 150 people in an hour.

Individual pizzas: Your event has no time restrictions, different departments have breaks at different times, or in any case you can allocate around 2 hours to lunch. This will require preorders, from a menu of  5 pizzas.
