Let us take the pressure off and sort out some freshly baked, wood fired, Italian Pizza. Whether it be for a birthday, a wedding, some late evening food, a market or just a family reunion, we got you covered.

We can cook in excess of 40 pizzas an hour from our  professionally converted pizza van.

We cover Bedfordshire and surrounding areas, or about a 30 radius from Sandy.

Our dough

Flour, Water, Salt and Yeast

Our dough contains only 4 ingredients (well 5 if you add TLC). It's fairly simple right? Well, the secret lies in managing those ingredients, to obtain a crispy easy to digest pizza. That's why we prove our dough for 24 to 48 hours. Then we just add top quality toppings, stick the pizza in our wood fired oven at 400 degrees and "ecco fatto", your pizza is ready to be devoured.

We are happy to customise our menu so you can have your favourite pizzas or pizzas that match your event theme. We cater for most dietary requirements.

We offer packages that start at £8 per pizza for a mix of Margherita and Diavola ( Spicy Pepperoni). But we offer more than just pizza, we can do garlic breads, dough balls, salads, pasta salads, sharing platters and of course Tiramisu!

Coverage

We cover a 30 mile radius from Sandy, but for larger events we are willing to travel farther afield. This includes Central Bedfordshire, Bedford, North Hertfordshire and surrounding areas
